Lost in Shipping
Any orders lost during shipment will not be the responsibility of Valeria Mravyan

Shipping Responsibility on Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Other Policies:
Paintings are shipped from Kleinburg, Ontario, Canada.

Due to packaging delays, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and Valeria Mravyan does not accept responsibility for late packages. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of order.
Large original paintings that require the construction of a shipping crate will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Customers will be contacted by the shipping company in the case of delayed shipping of their order.

The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

 

The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees incurred during shipment.
