Refund Policy
A 7 day consignment period to "try out" the painting is allowed. If you are not satisfied with the painting then it can be returned. Please re-use the shipping materials when returning the painting and ensure that it is securely wrapped to avoid damages.
Shipping costs must be covered by the client when returning the piece.
Damage Return
If a painting is damaged, please send me an image of the damage to: info@valeriamravyan.com
The painting will be repaired, if possible, or another painting will be created to replace the damaged original. If you decide that you do not want to replace the painting, a total refund will be provided.
